Ordering

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. If something is temporarily out of stock, we need to account for the time it will take for your products to arrive from Europe. For items that are currently in stock, we will gladly ship them to you within 3-5 business days after receiving your order. Shipping time is about 2-5 business days, depending on which shipping method you choose and your proximity. All our items are custom made when you place your order, so please allow plenty of time for your unique items to be created.

Shipping

Your shipping charges will be billed separately from your order, not during checkout!

Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the boxes used for your products. In order to determine your shipping charges, we will package your order and then send you an e-mail with a bill for your shipping charges. We also use this practice to ensure every customer pays the exact shipping price as other boutiques typically estimate weights, leaving you to pay extra. We use UPS or USPS to ship your order.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds:

Client must notify Theo Doro within 48 hours of receipt of the item. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization to return the item to us for a refund. The item must be received by us in the same perfect condition as when it left our store.

Exchanges:

Must be requested within 30 days.

All Gold Sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
